Why is the trial version restricted? |

We have restricted the trial version not only
to the 30 day trial but to the embedded watermark also, to
reduce the risk of illegal cracking. All the functionality
of SIMS is usable to evaluate although should you wish to
use it commercially we encourage you register. As you will
see the product is the lowest priced given the vast array
of features, we can only keep this pricing through a healthy
customer base. |

How do I fax my invoices? |

You must first have a device capable of faxing such as a modem
or multi-functional printer. Ensure the fax software from the
provider or a fax server application such as WinFax is installed.
Select print and select the fax device from the list of printers. |

I have registered the product and my invoices stay "Unlicensed"
at the bottom |

After registering the product you can now edit the invoice
footer text and remove the license message; here's how :-
• In SIMS go to the "System Management | System
Properties" screen
• Click "Modify System Properties" from the
toolbar at the top of the screen. Note: if you hold the
mouse cursor over a button for 2 seconds a hint will appear
detailing its action.
• At the bottom of the screen you will notice a blue
bar called "Invoice Footer Text (Standard for all invoices).
These blue bars are roll-down windows which mean the contain
information but can be rolled up to save space. To roll-down
the "Invoice Footer Text" click the icon at the
right hand side of the bar contained a little down arrow.
• You may now totally remove or edit the message by
selecting the text and pressing delete.
• Save the changes by selecting the appropriate button
from the toolbar.
