•	Is there a backup facility?
•	Can I include my company logo on invoices?
•	How do I fax my invoices?
•	When I enter a decimal value (i.e. 1.5) for the quantity the total is rounded?
•	Is SIMS an accountancy package?
•	Can you process purchase orders and is there stock control?

	CONFIGURATION AND SETUP
•	I cannot edit the data or change System Properties?
•	The currency symbol and formatting is not correct for my country?
•	My company does not charge VAT (Sales Tax), how do I disable it?
